Bulk-billing is only available to children under 16 and Government Pension Card Holders & DVA Veterans.
No Bulk Billing available after 5pm, Monday to Friday, except for children 4 & under.

Standard Consultation (< 15mins)
Total Cost: $90.00
Medicare rebate: $41.20

Extended Consultation (30-45 mins):
Total Cost: $210
Medicare rebate: $118.00
Out-of-Pocket cost to patient: $92.00
Non- Medicare Items (There is no medicare refund for these items)*:
Insurance/Superannuation Forms or Paperwork: $80 (less then 20mins)/$145 (20mins)/$220 (30mins+)*
Lost Referral/Request Form: $20 (or a Bulk-Billed appointment)

Cancellation Fee
Mont Health Wavell has a $30 no-show fee that applies to all appointments. If you do not attend 2 appointments in 6 months you will be required to pay a $30 fee prior to your appointment otherwise you will not be able to see a Doctor.
